Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device for inspecting a work having the reflecting surface, by which the relatively small flaw of the reflecting surface having an arbitrary shape cab be detected accurately in a short time with the simple configuration.
SOLUTION: Parallel light is projected on an outer surface 12B of the white mounting surface of a jig 12 and a reflecting surface 16 of a reflecting mirror 14 from the slant upper side. A CCD linear sensor 22, wherein photoelectric conversion pixels P are linked in the main scanning direction, is arranged so as to face the reflecting surface 16. Scanning is electrically performed in as main scanning range MS of the CCD linear sensor 22. The level of the obtained electric signal S1 is compared with the predetermined threshold level. When the intersections of the edges, where the level of the electric signal S1 is changed, and the threshold level TL are four times (edges 1, 2, 3 and 4 at Fig. 5B and Fig. 5C) in one main scanning, it can be judged that the reflecting mirror 15 does not have the defect. When the intersections are six times (edges 1, 2, 3', 4', 5 and 6 at Fig. 5D), the defect is present at one place.
