Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the position accuracy and product accuracy of a press processing part, an insert molding part and a cutting part and to facilitate maintenance.
SOLUTION: A lower mold 55 and an upper mold 57 continuously molding a fed strip like plate material 43 at the same time are provided and a pressing part 59 applying punching to the plate material 43, an insert molding part 61 applying insert molding thereto and a cutting part 63 cutting a molded product are continuously and integrally provided to the lower and upper molds 55, 57 along the feed direction of the plate material 43. The upper mold 57 has an upper mold base plate 81 and the movable plate 83 supported so as to be movable to the upper mold base plate 81 and opposed to the lower mold 55 and the guide hole 131 for guiding the pressing punch 129 attached to the upper mold base plate 81 is provided to the movable plate 83 in the pressing part 59 and a upper mold recessed part 149 for molding, a gate part 151 and a sprue runner part 153 are provided to the insert molding part 61 and a cutting punch is provided to the cutting part 63.
