A hoisting frame 7 is furnished with a rope hoisting mechanism 9, and a rope 10 of the rope hoisting mechanism 9 is guided by winding around two back switching rollers 11 on the upper side and two back switching rollers 12 on the lower side. The back switching rollers 12 on the lower side are installed on a cargo demand device 8. A working cylinder 15 free to release lock is provided for connection of the cargo demand device 8 and the hoisting frame 7 free to release. Centering mechanisms 16 to cooperate with each other are arranged on the lower side of the hoisting frame 7 and the upper side of the cargo demand device 8.
