The device for manufacturing the culvert drainage pipe structure is equipped with a crushing case 2 having two screw conveyors 10, 11 provided in parallel for crushing and conveying the used foam polystyrene, a vinyl sheet piece cutting supplying means 3 for supplying the cut vinyl sheet piece into the crushing case, a heating and blowing means 4 for blowing out to a culvert drainage pipe structure molding part, a vinyl sheet supplying means 60 for supplying the used vinyl sheet, the foam polystyrene piece and the vinyl sheet piece having a surface melted by heated air supplied from the heating and blowing means 4, and the culvert drainage pipe structure molding part 5 for molding to the shape of the culvert drainage pipe structure having the penetration part and the horizontal pipe path.
