To improve reception quality by equalizing the value of receiving weight with respect to plural transmitted signals through plural channels which are set in the same direction.

A radio part 102 receives signals transmitted from the opposite party of communication through plural channels via antennas 101-1 to 101-3. Demodulation parts 103-1 to 103-3 diffuse the signals of channels in reversely, and the receiving weight generation part 104-1 to 104-3 generate the receiving weights 1-3 to the signals of the channels. A common weight generation part 105 generates a common receiving weight, that is multiplied in common by the signals of channels from the weights 1-3. The multipliers 106-1 to 106-3 multiply the common receiving weight by the signals of channels. Thus, an array antenna radio communication device receives all the signals of the channels in the same directional pattern.
