An order ID that corresponds to the consumer who expresses his/her will to order merchandise, etc., is prepared at a virtual shop which is preliminarily registered in advance in a settlement center and has acquired a member shop ID, and order information transmitted together with the member shop ID is received. A settlement ID for settlement procedures is attached on the basis of the order information and returned to the virtual shop. The user to whom the settlement ID received by the virtual shop is transferred transmits credit card information to the settlement center. The credit card information is transmitted to a credit card company for granting credit, and credit results are received. The credit results are transmitted to the virtual shop.
