PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the sending out of the correct amount of natural gas with respect to a real natural gas consumption by a method wherein a difference between the flow rate of liquid fuel and the flow rate of gas fuel, consumed in a consuming means, is operated and, thereafter, a second control signal, controlling a flow rate control valve, is produced based on a first control signal and the flow rate of the liquid fuel.
SOLUTION: Upon the operation of a thermal power plant B, natural gas is outputted by evaporating LNG through evaporators 5a-5e. In this case, a pressure signal Y, measured by a pressure gauge 6, is outputted into a fuel supply control device 7. On the other hand, gas flow rate signals Z1-Z5, detected by the gas flow meters G1-G5 of a combined power generating units U1-U5, are outputted into the fuel supply control device 7. Then, a control signal, obtained in the fuel supply control device 7 from a difference signal between the total value of flow rate of natural gas and the total value of flow rate of LNG, measured by respective flow meters 4a-4e, and a control signal from the control signal producing device, is divided equally into five values by a distributor to change the opening degree of respective flow rate control valves 3a-3e whereby the passing flow rates of LNG can be controlled uniformly.
