Abstract:
To provide a cooling control device capable of stably controlling cooling process of a vertical heat treatment furnace even at a relatively fast cooling speed without making a large change to the furnace.SOLUTION: In a cooling control device 30 of a vertical heat treatment furnace 10, an object to be treated 12 is suspended from a lid 6, inserted into a cylindrical furnace body 2 from an upper opening, and the upper opening is closed by the lid 6 to perform a heat treatment. The cooling control device 30 includes an annular block 34 that is arranged in an annular shape along the upper opening and interposed between the furnace body 2 and the lid 6 to close the space therebetween. The annular block 34 is provided with a heat discharge hole 33 so as to penetrate radially from the cylindrical axis of the furnace body 2. The cooling control device 30 opens the heat discharge hole 33, communicates the inside of the furnace body 2 with the outside, and cools the furnace body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
