Respective side walls 7 are deviated with respect to ventilating case walls (3) provided below the side walls by the width (B) of the supporting members (5), while the ratio of a distance (C) between the side walls (7) to the width (A) of the gas permeable lattice is 0.85-0.75. The object further comprises the cooling method of granular substance and the increasing method of capacity of the device for cooling the granular substance.
