The device of this invention registers money collection information including a business staff ID corresponding to each business staff of an insurance company, an agency ID corresponding to each agency of the insurance company, the number of items of money collection and the sum of collected money, registers payment information including the business staff ID, a payment exclusive account number to which a premium collected on that day is paid by the business staff and the payment sum corresponding to the payment exclusive account number, acquires payment detail information corresponding to the payment exclusive account, and collates the payment detail information with the payment information on the basis of the business staff ID, and, when those information is normally collated, assigns a temporary reception money number for each agency ID to be registered in the payment information, and performs adjustment processing to the payment information where the temporary reception money number is registered.
