Abstract:
To shorten search time below that for a search of huge data.
When "Set destination" is selected (Step S20), search data on facilities located on a map displayed in Step S10 before the selection are extracted and temporarily stored (Step S30a). When the user selects "Facilities" (Step S40) and further selects a genre "Hotel" (Step S60), the temporarily stored search object data are searched for search object data whose facility genre is "Hotel" (Step S70), and names of hotels are displayed in a list (Step S80). For a search for, for example, facilities located on the map about the current position displayed on the screen, the temporarily stored search object data are searched for facilities in the user-specified facility genre.
