Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve equity between TCP connections different in data size to be transferred.
SOLUTION: A scheduler 109 transfers a received packet stored in a queue with a small data amount transferred after connection establishment preferentially over a received packet stored in a queue of a connection with a large data amount transferred after the connection establishment among queues 106 to 108. Also, as a queue selection condition, a queue whose elapsed time after the connection establishment and a queue wherein a temporal change of a transfer rate is positive and the largest are used instead of a data amount transferred after connection establishment. Also, queues are grouped for such selection.
