Title:
DEVICE MOUNTED WITHIN SUBSTANCE TO BE HEATED FOR COOLING OR HEATING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0252969
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable facilitation of agitation of chemicals without shaking of a body and to enable facilitation of rupture of a partition wall by a method wherein an outer plate formed by a metal having excellent thermal conductivity is formed in the shape of a cylinder, and the interior thereof is separated into two chambers by means of a partition wall capable f being easily broken away by means of a slight force.

CONSTITUTION: With a diaphragm type cover 6 pushed, a rupture rod 7 is pressed down, and simultaneously the surroundings of an agitating vane 4 is pressed against a reinforced glass 8 and is spread in all directions to prevent the lateral slip of the rupture rod 7. The reinforced glass 8 supported by a cushion 3 is pressed down by means of the rupture rod 7, and a lever 1 for rupture is broken by means of stay 2. The rupture rod 7 is further pressed down to form a hole in the central part of the reinforced glass where cracks are reduced, and an agitating vane performs a role to thrust down cracked glass therearound. Therefore, by pushing and separating a diaphragm type cover 6 in an outer container 9 where a partition wall is broken for removal, convection is generated by means of an agitating vane 4. Mixed chemicals are agitated togetherwith cracked glass powder to promote chemical reaction. A rapid temperature change is produced in the container, and a temperature gradient is produced between a substance to be heated making contact with the outside of the container and the container to heat and cold the substance to be heated.
