CONSTITUTION: An attaching plate part 19a formed at the lower end of a support column 19 is made to abut against a vertical part 4b of a top panel receiver 4 exposed through a gap 16 between top panels 6, 6, and a suspending piece 19b is set on the vertical part 4b while the attaching plate 19a is fastened to the vertical part 4.
