To facilitate a recovery operation and increase a working safety by moving a cutting truck with a fitted frame on which perpendicular cut lines are stretched at a desired interval, in the longitudinal direction of a cutting bed and cutting a semiplastic material placed on the upper face of the cutting bed to the desired thickness and further, automatically separating/recovering the unnecessary parts of the ends of the semiplastic material.
After placing a semiplastic material 10 on the upper face of a cutting bed 2, the semiplastic material 40 is cut to the desired width with the help of a piano wire 3a while moving a cutting truck 4. In this case, the cutting blade 21 of a cutting mechanism 20 fitted to the cutting truck 4 make a reciprocating motion in the vertical direction along a perpendicular rod cylinder 22 to cut an necessary part 40a in the vertical direction. At the same time, an air is ejected at a high speed from the air nozzles 31, 32 of a separation mechanism 30 and crushes the unnecessary part 40a cut by the cutting blade 21 to separate the crushings from a remaining part 40. Further, the crushings are caused to fall to a recovery through 5 below through, a chute 6 and are turned to a slurry state by circulating a water to be mixed with a raw material slurry. This mixture is recycled. Thus it is possible to cut an installation, manhours and a working energy and facilitate the operation with an improved working safety.
