To reduce generation of particulate matter (PM) by atomizing light oil as diesel fuel for making the same easy to mix with air and increasing combustion speed for realizing complete combustion even at a low temperature, and to reduce oxidation of nitrogen with low temperature combustion for reducing generation of nitrogen oxide.
An auxiliary tank is provided in a middle of a feed pipe of a fuel tank of a diesel engine, and a feed pump, a pressure sensor and magnetic field integrated into the auxiliary tank are provided. Fuel can be freely fed to the auxiliary tank from the fuel tank, fuel in the auxiliary tank can pass through magnetic field at a high speed by a feeding pump via a pressure sensor, a return pipe to the auxiliary tank is provided on a feeding pipe in ahead of the magnetic field via a three way tube. Overly supplied surplus fuel can be freely returned to the auxiliary tank or the fuel tank, feeding pump and an auxiliary return pipe can be freely return the same without providing an auxiliary tank to reform diesel engine fuel.
