Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove fine material such as hair and yarn waste contained in domestic sewage by providing a fine mesh screen in the upper part of a fine material- removing measure and providing a stream guide plate having a gentle inclination for the fine mesh screen in the lower part of the fine mesh screen.
SOLUTION: The inside of a weighing measure 1 is divided into a plurality of measures by partition plates 5 and also an inflow pipeline 2, a return pipeline and a water pipeline are connected to the weighing measure 1. A fine material-removing measure (b) is arranged adjacently to an inflow measure (a) and then a storage measure (c) is arranged adjacently to the measure (b). A fine mesh screen 11 having about 2mm width is slantingly provided so as to cover the upper part of the fine material- removing measure (b) in a range of the whole face. A stream guide plate 12 is provided in the lower part of the fine mesh screen 11 at angle of inclination of 5-15 degrees for the fine mesh screen so that the inflow side of waste water touches the rear surface of the fine mesh screen. The lower end side of the stream guide plate 12 is opened and sewage falls down from the end part of the stream guide plate 12 into the fine material-removing measure (b).
