Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a gleaning device with which residual bones is surely removed from a meat loaf such as a half of slaughtered animal. CONSTITUTION: Concerning the device for removing small bones in meat loaf such as the half part of slaughtered animal like a pig, for example, and the device for removing bones from the half part of slaughtered animal, a residual small bone removing device 5 for meat loaf is executed by two members 10 and 11 at least which get closer while facing each other so as to be mutually closed or get away so as to be mutually opened, and the respective members 10 and 11 are equipped with contour cutting edges 15, which are mutually positioned tightly close when the members 10 and 11 are located at closing positions, for removing a residual bone O exactly as much as possible from the half part of animal for bone removal.
