PURPOSE: To make it possible to feed a predetermined amount of tire chips into a incinerator to satisfactorily burn them, by providing a vibration feeder and a conveyor between a storage tank and the incinerator.
CONSTITUTION: There are provided a storage tank in which chips are stored and which has at its bottom a screw 18 for roughly feeding the chips 12, and a vibration feeder 24 which feeds chips by predetermined amounts and which is positioned downstream of the tank 17. The chips 12 fed out from the vibration feeder 24 are transferred by a conveyor 33 to the feed chute 13 of an incinerator 11. With this arrangement, the chips are surely fed by predetermined amounts into the incinerator even through the amounts of the chip fed from the storage tank are dispersed, thereby stable combustion may be expected.
