PURPOSE: To make it possible to carry out peeling and coring of fruits and cutting and removing of calyx part present at the both ends of the fruits at once, by providing a clamp rotating mechanism, coring device, device for cutting both ends containing calyx part of fruits and cutting device for peeling.

CONSTITUTION: A clamp rotating mechanism 1 is constituted by arranging one pair of clamp components 11 and 12 having projecting component for sticking into calyx part present at both ends of fruits in opposite state and attaching the components 11 and 12 to the opposite end of one pair of rotating axes rotatably and movably supported on the same axis line. A coring device 4 is constituted by slidably inserting a cylindrical tube 40 having cylindrical coring blade at the edge in either one rotating axis. Further, both end cutting device 5 is constituted by slidably attaching cutting blades 52 and 53 cuttable to fruits rotating by mechanism 1 to the rotating axis line direction in interlock with both rotating axes. A cutting device 6 is constituted by movably arranging a cutter in position relationship capable of bringing a peeling blade 61 into contact with the surface of fruits from the outside and cutting the surface of the fruits.
