Abstract:
To provide: diarylhydantoin compounds, including diarylthiohydantoins; methods for synthesizing them; and methods for using them in the treatment of hormone refractory prostate cancer.SOLUTION: A method for treating a hyperproliferative disorder comprises administering a pharmaceutical composition of the present invention to a subject in need of such treatment, thereby treating the hyperproliferative disorder.
