The dichloropropene derivative is represented by the formula (wherein X is the group:-O-A1- or the group:-N=A2- and Y is a single bond, O or S, or X and Y together represent O; Q is an optionally substituted aryl group or the like; m is 2 or 3; R1 is a halogen; n is 0 or 1; A1 is an alkylene or the like; and A2 is a alkylidyne).
