To provide a dicing device which can automatically replace a dicing blade.SOLUTION: A dicing device has a dicing mechanism B1 where a first dicing blade is arranged and a driving part B32 for driving the dicing mechanism B1 and holding or releasing the first dicing blade, operates the driving part B32 and releases the first dicing blade, then carries out the first dicing blade from the dicing mechanism B1, then mounts a second dicing blade on the dicing mechanism B1, and holds the second dicing blade by the driving part B32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
