A dielectric paste includes a low melting-point glass powder, hollow silica treated by a silane coupling agent having the average outer diameter of primary particles of 100-300 nm and having an acryloxy group or a methacryloxy group, a monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated bond, and a thermal polymerization initiator.
