To shorten the whole length of a machine body, to make the front of a diffusion port readily visible and to facilitate work operability by lowering the heights of a front diffusion port and a diffusion chamber and arranging a hopper at the upper side of the diffusion chamber in a fertilizer applicator of a high diffusion form with which a beater and a diffusion plate are arranged at the top and bottom of the diffusion chamber at the front side of a bed and a fertilizer is diffused and discharged from the front side of the diffusion chamber.
The diffusion and guide apparatus for a fertilizer applicator has constitution that a discharge port 2 part formed on the base of a fertilizer hopper 1 is equipped with a shutter 3 that opens and closes and slides in the longitudinal direction, the diffusion plate 4 that receives a fertilizer falling from the discharge port 2 and rotates and diffuses the fertilizer and the diffusion chamber 5. The front horizontal side part of the diffusion port 6 for releasing a fertilizer by the rotation of the diffusion plate 4 is equipped with a diffusion and guide plate 7 that is rotatable to the inside and outside of the width of the diffusion port 6 and is folded and stored at the outside part of the diffusion chamber 5.
