After a depacketizer 13 reads the packet from the memory 12 in response to a reproduction command input to reproduce the additional information signal and the key signal, a video synthesis circuit 14 adds the video image of additional video signal to an arbitrarily video position in a main track video signal image position in a main track video signal by using the key signal.
