Abstract:
To easily specify factors of a trouble due to mismatching between transmission speeds if the trouble occurs.
Respective speed determining means 36a-36c of a hierarchically dividing section 31 compare, for each hierarchy, a writing speed of a transport stream signal into memories 32a-32c by a transport stream signal writing means 33 with a readout speed of the transport stream signal from the memories 32a-32c by a transport readout means 35, and determines whether or not both the speeds match each other. Then, a notifying means 37 notifies the determining result.
