Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature compensating operation of temperature compensated oscillator from disturbing auto-frequency control(AFC) operation to a received signal.
SOLUTION: This temperature compensated oscillator has a temperature sensor 1 to change its output corresponding to the surrounding temperature, address generating part 2 for generating a read only memory(ROM) address by converting the output of temperature sensor, ROM 3 storing a control voltage for compensating frequency fluctuation caused by the surrounding temperature of voltage controlled crystal oscillator, latch means 4 for holding or passing the output data of ROM according to a control signal from the outside, D/A converter 5 for generating the control voltage of voltage controlled crystal oscillator corresponding to the output of latch means 4, and voltage controlled crystal oscillator 9 to precisely adjust its transmission frequency corresponding to two control voltages of D/A converter output and an analog AFC signal 700 inputted from the outside.
