PURPOSE: To easily prevent the frothing even when the amt. of a circulating liq. is large.
CONSTITUTION: This coater is provided with a dip-coating tank 1 and a coating soln. storage tank 2, the tank 1 is furnished with a coating soln. inlet 11 at the lower part and an overflow receiving trough 12 at the outer edge of the upper end, and the trough 12 has a coating soln. outlet 13. The storage tank 2 is divided into at least two sections by the inner wall 21 to allow the coating soln. to overflow from one section to another section, one section of the storage tank 2 is communicated with the outlet 13 of the trough, another section is communicated with the coating soln. inlet 11 of the dip-coating tank through a liq. feed pump 4, and the outlet 13 is flush with or slightly higher than the overflowing part of the inner wall 21.
