Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve cop preparation work efficiency by rotating a delivery bobbin in a wound package winding direction prior to driving the delivery bobbin in the reverse direction to the wound package winding direction of the delivery bobbin in the state of negative pressure being applied to a suction nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: In a conveying system of a winder 3, a cop 1 and a tube 24 are conveyed by means of caddies 2. The caddy 2 insert-fits a cop 1 or tube 24 to an insert-fitting spindle provided at the center. In preparation stations 9-11, a delivery bobbin is rotated around its longitudinal axis, and a detached yarn end is gripped and sucked into a suction nozzle. In the state of negative pressure being applied to the suction nozzle, prior to driving the delivery bobbin reversely to a wound package winding direction of the delivery bobbin, the delivery bobbin is rotated in the wound package winding direction to positively detach reverse wound yarn entangled with the yarn of a wound package.
