Abstract:
To provide a disaster state grasping system that can accurately grasp a state of a scene of occurrence of a disaster.SOLUTION: A disaster state grasping system comprises: a receiver; a display unit (61); and a server (40) that can specify a position of a portable information terminal (20) and transmit portable terminal position information indicating the position. The portable information terminal allows a holder to input information on a state of a disaster in a predetermined area, and can transmit the information to the receiver or the server. The information on the state of the disaster transmitted by the portable information terminal includes information indicating a type of the disaster. The display unit includes portable terminal position display means that displays a predetermined mark at a portable terminal stay position on a map on the basis of the portable terminal position information acquired from the server, and on the basis of, the information indicating the type of the disaster acquired from the receiver and/or the server, can display the type of the disaster near a display position of the portable terminal transmitting the information or a mark of the terminal holder on the map.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
