PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pest controlling device which can perform local irradiation of ultraviolet light with respect to the plants, and which has an excellent controlling effect of pests.SOLUTION: A pest controlling device controls pests of plants and it includes: a portable housing 30; and a light source 20 held in the housing 30, and for emitting ultraviolet light in a predetermined direction.
