Title:
DISK BRAKE DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012052586
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To inexpensively achieve a structure in which a braked side friction surface of a disk is brought into uniform contact with a braking side friction surface of a lining, regardless of the elastic deformation or the like of a caliper 12 and in which uneven abrasion of the linings of both pads can be prevented.

A plurality of elastic members such as leaf springs 30a, 30b is held as deviated inward or outward in a radial direction from each other between a pair of pad supports 18a, 18b provided on a caliper 12 and pressure plates of the pads supported by the pad supports 18a, 18b. The pads supported by the pad supports 18a, 18b are supported as displacable by swinging with respect to the pad supports 18a, 18b to thereby achieve uniform contact between the frictional surfaces.
