Abstract:

To provide a disk player capable of inserting a disk without being damaged during disk insertion.

This disk player is provided with a disk carrier roller 5 for carrying a first or second disk inserted by pressing the large-diameter disk D1 and the small-diameter disk D2 inserted from a disk loading port into contact, a contact guide part 21 for contact at a surface opposite the surface of the first or second disk for contact with the carrier roller 5, and a disk carrying receiving part 2R/2L constituted to eliminate the contact of the second disk D2 at a carrying stage earlier than that of the first disk D1. When the contact of the carried second disk D2 with the disk carrying receiving part 2R/2L is eliminated, the carrying direction of the second disk D2 is changed by the pressing force of the carrier roller 5. Then, the contact guide 21 is swung according to the carrying direction.
