Abstract:

To surely prevent a bar from dislocation by a simple construction by forming guide grooves for introducing adhesive into the adhesion face of a dislocation stopping member made of elastomer material to the bar on the outer circumference of the bar.

On the contact face (adhesion face) of a main body 12 to a stabilizer bar, many guide grooves 13a, 13b for adhesive are formed in length and breadth. Within them, the guide groove 13a is a groove extending in the axial direction of the stabilizer bar, and the guide groove 13b meets at right angles with the guide groove 13a, namely it is a groove extending in the circumferential direction of the stabilizer bar. In the construction in which adhesive is injected by these guide grooves 13a, 13b, the adhesion area is remarkably increased, and both are strongly joined together. Hereby, in addition to increase adhesion area, a dislocation stopping member can be strongly fixed to the bar, and high dislocation resisting load can be stably obtained.
