PURPOSE: To reduce the timing delay of the emission of paste and to shorten the time required in the stabilization of an emitting amount by constituting the title apparatus so that one of regulators is set to a predetermined air pressure value and the remainder of the regulators is set to a value higher than said value and the emitting amount of a viscous fluid is controlled by the timing controller of a solenoid valve.

CONSTITUTION: High pressure air 8a is adjusted to predetermined pressure by a regulator 2a and adjusted to pressure higher than a predetermined value by a regulator 2b and the respective airs are supplied to solenoid valves 3a, 3b on the primary sides thereof. At first, the solenoid valve 3b is turned ON to supply high pressure air to piping 7 and, after the elapse of a proper time, the solenoid valve 3b is turned OFF and at the same time, the solenoid valve 3a is turned ON. By this method, the rising wherein the pressure in the piping 7 and that in a tank 5 reach predetermined pressures is made fast. By this method, after paste 6a reaches predetermined emission start pressure, the emitting amount of the paste becomes stable. The time between the time reaching a proper stable emitting amount due to predetermined pressure and an emission start time can be shortened.
