Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to stably disperse ceramic powder into water in such a manner that its concn. is high and its flow property is good by incorporating the salt of the polymer of a monomer which is formed by bringing 2- hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate and dicarboxylic and into reaction and is expressed by a specific formula. SOLUTION: The dispersant which renders the improvement of the concn. of the ceramic powder in the water slurry, the good flow property and the stability is prepd. by incorporating the salt of the polymer of the monomer which is formed by bringing the polymer of the 2-hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate and the dicarboxylate into reaction and is expressed by the formula therein. In the formula, R1 is hydrogen or methyl group, R2 , R3 are each 3-4C alkylene group. At this time, succinic acid, glutaric acid, adipic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, etc., are used for the dicarboxylic acid. Salts of alkaline metals, alkyl amine, alkanol amine and ammonia are used as the salts of the polymer and copolymer.
