CONSTITUTION: When the broadcasting to display the condition advancing the order of consultation by respective sections is selected, the advancing condition data of the consultation order by respective sections obtained by an input means are displayed while interrupting the broadcasting of a television receiving means 4 under the broadcasting of television programs or the like or being superimposed onto it by a picture control means 3. Therefore, the patients waiting for the turn of consultation in the hospital can know how much the consultation order is advanced. Thus, patient service in the hospital can be improved for the patients before receiving consultations.
