Abstract:
Disclosed is a display device suitable for high resolution implementation. The disclosed display device comprises: an array of light emitting element on one substrate; and a monolithic device comprising a transistor array and a color control member in a monolithic manner. The display device comprises: a first layered structure including the light emitting element array; a second layer structure including the transistor array; and a third layer structure including the color control member. The second layer structure may be disposed between the first layer structure and the third layer structure. The light emitting element array may include a plurality of inorganic-based light-emitting elements. The plurality of light emitting elements may have a vertical nanostructure.
