Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a district cooling and heating operation system which can respond quickly to variation in the demand of air conditioning.
SOLUTION: A plurality of buildings 51, 52, 53 are air conditioned with hot water or cold water generated from an absorption refrigerating machine 11 in a heat supply system 60. Heat demand achievement of working terminals in each building is determined using a heat quantity detector 1a and a controller 18 predicts a future load based on that achievement. Arriving time lag of hot water or cold water is then determined for each building based on the piping distance from the absorption refrigerating machine to each building and the current velocity of hot water or cold water. Timing for varying output from the absorption refrigerating machine is then varied based on a predicted load and an arriving time lag.
