Abstract:
To provide a document search system and a document search program for facilitating the narrowing down of search results.SOLUTION: A control unit 25 of a FAQ search chatbot system 20 includes: a document search system 25d that searches FAQs for Qs & As in response to inquiries; and a bot dialogue system 25a that announces search results by the document search system 25d. The document search system 25d clusters the search results and then extracts narrowing keywords for each cluster. A bot dialogue system 25a announces the narrowing keywords for each cluster for allowing a user to select a cluster, and the document search system 25d narrows down the search results according to the selection result of the cluster by the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
