Title:
DOFFING METHOD OF AUTOMATIC WINDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3218496
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make any ending spot eliminable in the specified position of a winding end in a full bobbin package as well as to enable it to form such a full bobbin package as being accurate in length by cutting a line of yarn at a time when a package has come to fullness, then doffing a spun fiber from a carding machine at once.
CONSTITUTION: A turning angle of a cradle arm supporting a package P is detected, and in the case where this cradle arm is reached to the specified angle, it comes into contact with a detecting means such as a microswitch or the like, and it is so judged that a sizing roll is performed, whereby a full bobbin signal is made so as to be generated. When this full bobbin signal is generated, a yarn cutter w4 is operated via a control unit and yarn (y) is cut, while a tip of this cut yarn (y) is drawn in by a yarn suction acquisition nozzle w5 and caught. A full-bobbin package P is separated from the cradle arm whenever a doffer D expands the cradle arm, then it is mounted on a conveyor system w7 such as a belt conveyor or the like as rolling on a oackage guide member w6 and conveyed to the specified place.
