This toy is provided with a windbreaking component positioned at the lee side of the frame 1 viewed from the center of rotation of a propeller 6 so that the propeller can effectively receive the wind. The propeller 6 is linked to the input shaft 3 of a reduction gear 2 mounted on the frame 1 which can freely rotate horizontally according to the wind direction. A part of a doll or animal model 12 having joints capable of rotary motion or swaying motion is linked to an output shaft 7 via a crank lever 8 or a crankshaft and a crank pin 11. Thus, rotation of the propeller 6 driven by wind force gives various motion to the doll or animal model 12 to amuse viewers.
