Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a domain name operating managing system for effectively operating and managing a sub domain name a useful public domain name possessed by each user and a sub domain name set under the layer of the public domain name.
SOLUTION: The domain name operating managing system 1 includes: a DNS (Domain Name System) server 13 for accepting DNS setting for a domain name; a domain name management database 60 for managing and recording information with respect to the domain name; a domain name rental notice function for opening the rental of the domain name recorded in the domain name management database into public; a database management function for recording operating condition data to the domain name management database on the basis of a request of user from a user on the domain name whose rental is opened to public; and an application server 50 with a DNS setting function for applying DNS setting for the rental domain name to the DNS server on the basis of use conditions.
