Abstract:
To provide a door structure and an air-tightness testing method capable of improving measurement accuracy of air-tightness performance by reducing leakage of air from a part other than a gasket.SOLUTION: In the door structure 1, an annular gasket 2p is provided around an opening 2a, and an annular contacting part 28 contacting on the entire circumference of the gasket 2p is provided on the peripheral edge of the door body 20. An annular airtight chamber Ch is formed between the gasket 2p and the contacting part 28 along the gasket 2p. The airtight chamber Ch is provided with a pressure measuring port Hp and a flow measuring port Ha. In a state where the door body 20 is set at a sealed position, the airtightness performance of the door body 20 in the opening 2a can be measured by allowing a compressor C to flow gas into the airtight chamber Ch so that the pressure in the airtight chamber Ch measured by a pressure gauge P is constant for a predetermined time, and estimating the amount of gas leakage from a sealed portion of the opening 2a by the door body 20 based on the inflow amount measured by the flow meter F within the predetermined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
