To standardize the delivery control of papers from a storage section regardless of the paper sizes in a double-side printing machine equipped with a storage section.
In a double-side printing machine which has the first printing section 3 which prints on one surface of a paper P1, a storage section 5 in which a paper P2 with one surface printed is sent and then the sent-in paper P2 is stored, and the second printing section 7 which prints on the other surface of the paper P2 sent from this storage section 5, the size information SI of the paper P1 is acquired. The storage section 5 sequentially holds the lower end part P2L of the paper P2 sent in one by one to the sent-in position and then moves each paper P2 to the delivery position within the storage section 5 with each of the lower end part P2L apart with the predetermined space from each other. Based on the size information SI, the storage section changes the vertical directional holding position of the lower end part P2L of the paper P2 so that the upper end position of the printing paper P2 at the delivery position becomes the predetermined height position.
