Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing an acrylic resin molded product of various cylindrical shape.
The method for manufacturing the acrylic resin molded product includes a heating step for putting and heating a cylindrical acrylic resin pipe 10 in a heating furnace; a die setting step for setting the acrylic resin pipe 10 heated in the heating step to a molding die 40 having a cavity 45 of predetermined shape into the held state of both ends 12; and a gas injection step for injecting gas into the acrylic resin pipe 10 set to the molding die 40 in the die setting step to inflate the acrylic resin pipe 10 along the shape of the cavity 45 of the molding die 40.
