Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the pressure loss of a vacuum pump on a low vacuum side by bleeding a part of the sealed water in a water sealing type vacuum pumps on the high vacuum side which are arranged in series.
CONSTITUTION: With a deaerating module 1, a water sealed type first vacuum pump 2 which vacuum-sucks the dissolved gas in the raw water, passing through the deaerating module 1, is connected, and the water sealed type second vacuum pump 4 is connected in series with the first vacuum pump 2. The deaerating device is constituted by allowing the exhaust line 3 of the first vacuum pump 2 to communicate to the intake port 5 of the second vacuum pump 4. A bleeding hole is formed in the pump chamber of the first vacuum pump 2, and midway in a drain line 13 which communicates to the bleeding hole, a water pump 14 for discharging a part of the sealed water in the pump chamber or the flow passage is installed.
