PURPOSE: To reduce the physical load of workers and to enable an efficient drilling operation by using a working machine such as a pipe clamp to facilitate an operation for drilling an anchor hole in the depth of a deep hole bored in the foundation of an iron tower.

CONSTITUTION: A drill A includes a drill main body 1 and a swing gear 7, and the swing gear 7 has a base 70 having a mounting plate 71, and a swing board 74 is mounted on the base 70 and the drill main body 1 is mounted on the swing board 74 in such a manner that its angle can be adjusted by an angle- adjusting cylinder S1. The drill main body 1 has a machine body 2 below which a base 26 is provided. A drilling cylinder S2 and a jack cylinder are mounted on the respective portions of the base 26, and a rod hole 270 is provided at the end of the jack cylinder. A jack 3 which is expanded and contracted by the jack cylinder is slidably mounted on the rear of the inside of the machine body 2 and a lift 4 which is lifted and lowered by the drilling cylinder S2 is slidably mounted on the front of the inside of the machine body. A drilling unit 5 which operates in conjunction with the lift 4 is slidably mounted on the lift 4. The drilling unit 5 has a closing panel 55 and a striking device 53 having a mounting portion 54 is mounted on the panel 55.
