Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a drive connector capable of easily loading a fixing part without generating a large resistance at the time of pushing the fixing part into a device main body, as for the fixing part constituted so as to be slidably on this side and detachably from an image forming device main body.

CONSTITUTION: As for an image forming device provided with an electrophotographic image forming part, the fixing part for fixing a toner image transferred onto a recording paper in the image forming part onto the recording paper, a paper ejecting part for ejecting the recording paper ejected from the fixing part to a prescribed position and also provided with a constitution for transmitting a driving force for the paper ejecting part from the fixing part, the fixing part can be pulled forward from the image forming device main body, the paper ejecting part is provided with a paper ejecting part input gear 25 as a herical gear which is detachably engaged with a fixing part output gear 24 as the herical gear installed on the fixing part, the paper ejecting part is provided with a spring 31 for supporting the paper ejecting part input gear 25 so as to be moved back and forth in the axial direction by a shaft 30 which is made longer than the gear width, and also, for always pressing the paper ejecting part input gear 25 toward this side (direction A) in the axial direction, and the twisting direction of the paper ejecting part input gear 25 is set so that a thrust force may be applied on this side at the time of transmitting the driving force.
